Hi world. I have a situation that I’ve never been involved in before and was hoping for some advice.
Our property management called us and said that they wanted to buy out our apartment if we moved out within 90 days at a total of $7,000.
The Internet seems to say that that is not a lot and I should ask for more. Does anybody have any experience in this?
This is in Los Angeles, California.
EDIT: We asked for an email with their offer, they said they don’t want to “put anything down until we’ve agreed on some concepts of the terms”….but they’re the ones they called us and gave us the 90 days/$7000 offer??
Now I think they’re trying to lowball us 😂
