Just put together my Vyper. Everything goes fine until I try to print something. After inserting the provided card firmly all the way in and hearing two clicks, no files displayed.
Here is what I have done so far: 1) made sure the files I wanted to print were in the root directory. 2) hit the refresh button, as well as the up/down arrows. 3)updated Cura and made sure I chose the printer that the manual recommended. 4) turned printer off and on, both with and without the card already inserted. 5) tried a different SD card 6) reformatted the card. It was already fat32 but I reformatted it again. 7) made sure I didn't have any file names on the card containing foreign or odd characters.
The only things I haven't tried are updating the printer firmware (which I doubt I can do), update the control panel firmware, and open it up looking for loose cables. After trying those things, my next step will be entering tech support hell.
Is there anything else I can try?
