Auto level failure

Hi
I’ve had a issue for weeks where my vyper will not level. It used to do a couple of sensor touches on the bed and then the head crashed into the bed. Anycubic said it could be a motherboard issue, I’ve replace said motherboard with a new one. Now it doesn’t do anything when you try and use the auto leveling procedure. I’ve replaced everything like the head and the hotend and comes up with the same issue. I’ve emailed anycubic again as this printer at the moment is just a heavy paper wait.
