How often do you clean the VAT?

Getting started with my first prints and I was curious how often y'all store left over resin and clean the vats?
Also curious how often you switch out the Isomorphic alcohol from the wash and cure machine since it is hard to come by right now, or have a suggestion for something else to clean them with?
