I recently got a new resin printer and after printing the test cube. I excitedly downloaded the newest version of the slicer for Mac OS, sliced it, then put the design on the provided thumb drive. But when trying to start the print I am met with an message that says “failed to open file”

So I looked up what’s wrong and have been told this is a common issue. So far I have tried: turning the machine on and off, formatting the thumb drive and reuploading the file, using a different thumb drive, making sure my software is updated, and using the last version of the software but it hasn’t worked yet still.

Any advice? Am I missing something simple?
