So about the "Waiting for Image"

So, what is the deal witht his problem?
(Problem being being stuck on "waiting for image")
The facts are:
Yes I got it when my monitors are turned off.
However, I could connect normally two hours earlier, monitors were also turned off.
This kind of rules out this being what causes the problem.
Competition like team viewer do not have this problem.
Why are threads of this problem being archived and locked while obviously this has not been solved?
