Session keeps disconnecting from my new Galaxy S23 Ultra

So I have a friend that has an anydesk license, and regularly remotes into my android phone. I recently got a new andorid phone, and now every time he tries to remote in, he gets this message on his computer usually within a minute or so and it kicks him out. The only thing that has changed is me getting a new phone. Can anyone assist?
