AA's how do you handle it when you're FA disappears/ deactivates?

I've AA (F30) recently started dating a FA (F32) and were in day 3 of radio silence after she just completely shutdown on me.
I think she maybe feels rejected or hurt, she hasn't told me so I dont know 100% but regardless I was definitely too apologetic, needy and sexually charged in my final messages before she went quiet
I know FA's need space but in everyones experience, how do you deal with this silence, and tell if they're really just deactivating or completely over it.
Do they come back?
