I go to the toilet about 10 times in a shift. My shifts are 8 hours long. A GP diagnosed me with overactive bladder years ago but did not tell me what could be causing it. I struggle with Anxiety and only now just making the link. I have a therapist who is a psychiatrist so I will ask him in my next therapy session but Jesus Christ! I have suffered with Anxiety for so long and had no idea it was wreaking havoc in my life like this :/. I think, because I don’t have panic attacks, I didn’t take it seriously. I pee a lot less when I am at home; I hypothesise that I am less stressed and anxious and that is why ðŸ˜.
