One of my parents said they might leave forever and never look back. How do I manage? What do I do?

I'm an adult btw and living with one of my parents (they are separated) due to financial reasons and they said that they just pack up and move and never look back. They feel this way because my other parent moved out (because idk, they need space, for mental health reasons, and relationship reasons).

Firstly, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I'm not being treated, I don't have any medications, and I don't talk to any therapist (no insurance and I'm dirt poor). However, having my BA in psychology, I recommend my parents to see a counselor or therapist but they refuse because they don't want to unburden to a "stranger" and "it won't change anything". They said they also don't want burden friends with all their issues (although they are fine venting to me about it). My parents definitely has some anxiety/depression issues too. And talking to my other parent doesn't help.

All this is impacting my health and anxiety. I don't know what to do. And if they leave, I really will be lost and panic. Just having a parent just up and leave in my life, idk, I feel a pit in my stomach thinking about it. Everything I recommend to them seems to fall on deaf ears. And it's hard to concentrate finding a job like this. I just feel so lost.

Any advice or suggestions?
