Post Body

I started working again after life circumstances affected my anxiety so much that i couldn’t work for a year. Being unemployed actually made it worse so I applied and started a new job. However, I am constantly having panic attacks that affect me to the point of not wanting to go outside or see friends.

I take buspar daily and it does help, but it doesn’t even make a dent when I’m mid panic attack. I’m thinking of asking for something fast acting because I have no idea how to handle panic attacks of this caliber. What has your experience been like with quick acting medicine? Is it helpful? Should I switch to another med altogether?
