I had my first group interview today, and I was a second away from pressing (leave call) after I heard the first question

I've been preparing for days as I desperately need this job, I've been sleepless and throwing up for two days and I actually lost four pounds, I knew I had anxiety but what I felt today after hearing the first question, it was something I wouldn't wish it upon anyone, everything went blank, I chocked and forgot everything I prepared for, I thought I'd press the leave button and whatever happens happens, my body was in unbearable pain. I'm in bed since, I need to sleep but I can't, what can I do really?
