Anxiety spikes at the same time every day?
Post Body

I’ve (23M) noticed something a bit weird with my anxiety symptoms but also kind of reassuring. I’ve been trying to track down the cause of why I’m feeling the way that I’m feeling for awhile, but after many blood tests and x-rays I’ve been told I’m in good and healthy condition. So why do I feel this pit in my stomach every day that makes me want to to throw up? Why do I keep checking my heart and worrying if something horrible is about to happen to my body? It’s the worst around the same time every day. From around 2-6 PM. An actual disease or illness of some kind (which doctors have ruled out for me consistently already) wouldn’t be scheduled in such a way, right? And then I spend the rest of the night licking my wounds, coming down from the adrenaline, symptom-heavy 3 or 4 hours I just had. Does anyone else feel this with their anxiety? Have you noticed a pattern during the day where it seems to ramp up the most?
