Does anyone have disruptive sleep when they know they have to wake up on time?

Post Body

Whenever I needed to wake up for school, and now work, Iā€™d wake up every hour on the hour. Iā€™d also have a lot of intense anxiety dreams about being late. No matter how many alarms I set on multiple devices, my body seemed to have a fail safe of waking me up repeatedly to avoid oversleeping- but all the disruption to my sleep leads to me feeling exhausted. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, found a way to overcome or deal with this?
