I began having “brain fog” several months ago and get very light headed a few times a day.

I’ve been to every specialist besides a Neurologist (booker out 6 months) and all my test scores have been normal besides slightly elevated Thyroid Hormone.

The last couple of weeks I’ve had one specific area in my forehead PULSING. You can see it/feel it/etc. The last couple of days my entire forehead and eyebrows have been warm and slightly tingly but I still get the throbbing in the one specific forehead region about 5x a day.

Could this be anxiety? I had a CT scan last month that showed my Sinuses were fine. Also had allergy testing that was normal. So unless I developed a sinus infection in the last 2 weeks, I don’t know what it could be....
