Started working at this construction company around September. It was a great place to work, the boss was a really good respectable guy, coworkers were all good. But I was told from the beginning that I would probably get laid off, and it just happened. And you what I'm just worried. Like I'm not anxious and overthinking it. I'm not thinking that this is it or that I'm fucked. I'm just the right amount of worried. If this happened a year ago I would have been fucked. But not anymore. Sure I'm gonna have trouble making rent this month, and shits gonna be tight for my birthday party tomorrow, but I'll make due, I have so far. The only thing I hope is that the next guy I work for is as good as the last guy. Btw anyone in east Toronto got full time work let me know.
