How do you deal with the stress of school?

Post Body

I’m currently working on my associates, and I have four more long years a head until I get my masters. I like school, I like my assignments and the sense of accomplishment I get from doing well on them. But every semester it’s the same, about three or four weeks in the work load picks up, and even though I tend to stay on top of everything I can’t shake the feeling of dread. Impending doom, yada yada. It gets so bad sometimes I have to leave class to offset having a panic attack. I’m a good student, and I have nothing to worry about... but as we all know anxiety doesn’t care if the fear is justified or not.
