Day 5 of Stopping Lexapro and It Is Not Fun. Anyone Else?

Post Body

I went to a new doctor and he is of the opinion that Lexapro is not working for me and wants me to continue Buspar but stop the Lexapro. Since I was only one 5 mg a day for ~3 months, he said I should be totally ok to stop without tapering. Lol, haha, I cannot be the only one that does NOT work for. Any tips for surviving the dizziness, heart palpitations and general mind fog? I've heard to use Benadryl, wondering if anyone tried it.

On the other hand, this morning I forgot to take my usual vitamin B and Calcium/Magnesium/Potassium pills and it was the worst day yet. Took them when I got home and the dizziness let up. Thought I'd share in case it helps anyone.
