Muscle Tension/Teeth Clenching from Meds?

Hi all, my first post on the anxiety board and want to see if anyone has had a similar experience. I have been taking Lexapro and Buspar for about 2 months now. Started Lexapro first and it made me way too antsy, added Buspar and it seemed to help. I feel less down overall and sleep pretty well but I've been noticing I feel almost constantly tense in a physical sense, from muscle cramps in my calves to sore jaw and headache from what I'm suspecting is clenching my teeth at night. I know these can be anxiety symptoms but they aren't ones I've typically had. Also, my non-medicated anxious self is prone to panic attacks in certain situations; this tension is pretty constant. Anyone had this, could it be med side effects? Thanks in advance!
