Two months ago I did not know what it was like to fall asleep without tossing and turning for hours and ending up in angry tears mad at myself and freaking out because I had so much to do the next day. I journaled for a while and that helped but it seemed to lose its effect as things in my life got more stressful and complicated.
I have had without fail fallen asleep to this podcast every night since downloading it. And now I barely make it through the introduction before I'm zonked. It has helped me so much. Thank you just isn't enough.
And just a thanks to everyone who shares tools and advice to get through this shit. I originally joined Reddit for this sub specifically. And it has helped me so much. Along with medication, therapy, perspective exercises and this sleep with me podcast. Love you guys.
TLDR; could not sleep due to anxiety, this podcast is the best thing since sliced bread. THANK YOU.
