My anxiety has been insane lately, so much so that I've sought psychiatric help and start CBT therapy in two weeks time.
My latest symptom includes weird phantom pains around my body. I'll get headaches, chest discomfort, arm pain, gum pain, they all come and go. It's really weird.
Has anyone else had anything else like this? It's driving me nuts. If so, how did you deal with it?
