Iāve always been an extremely anxious person and I was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder, itās always been difficult but these past few months my anxiety seems to have focused itself on my healthā¦Every little pain I feel scares me and the thing that sucks is that 90% of the time the pain is my chest, it seems to always be there and yet Iāve had all my blood work done and thatās all normal and I had an ekg done which also came back normal. I know I also have bad acid reflux issues which lately have been making me very sick so how do I manage these things? How do I not get scared about every little pain? My brain just goes in spirals of āIām not okayā or āwhat does this mean?ā To stupid extremes such as āIām going to have a heart attackā. Iām so beyond sick of it.
Iām curious what helps for you guys/gals?
