Pulsing headache?
Post Body

Hello /r/anxiety there, I suffer from general/health anxiety and for a few months I've been having a throbbing headache, similar to when you wake hungover. It's like I have a second hearth in my head and it's really worrying and annoying, I've been havinge this headache for around 4 months and it doesn't seem like it's going away any time soon. When I was really anxious I booked an appointment with a doctor who said I had a very high blood pressure (probably because I was very worried that day, my hearth was racing) so he told me to do some blood tests to see if I was okay, the tests revealed nothing unfortunately so I'm stuck here thinking about my head almost every head, not sleeping well at all and on the verge of having panic attacks. So is this symptom normal for people who suffer from anxiety or what? I'm genuinly scared for my well being right now and I'm tired of worrying over everything.
