I have some stuff on my mind, I'm overthinking and it keeps getting more and more "space" in my brain.
I can't enjoy life because of ininitesimal odds (like 1 in a million) and I can't stop thinking about it...
Before I had health anxiety where I was convinced I was going to die, now I have a more generalized anxiety...
I just want to stop thinking for a bit... Meditating/mindfulness doesn't work as my mind always snaps directly to those fear inducing thoughts...
Now I can't sleep without a youtube video in the background... Even while working I have long panic attacks...
