Shaking and anxious after barely working out ?

Maybe it's cause I'm unfit as I've recently quit alcohol and weed but I'm a skinny guy and did a 4km run yesterday and felt weak and shaky afterwards. Now today I literally did two sets of bicep hammer curls about 15 reps each set and a few light squats after and now my stomach and hands are literally shaking the most I've ever seen them I'm not having any sort of panic attack and not too anxious just feel a bit off and chest tightness
