Anxiety came back

Don't know if it's the right tag. I had a small lift up a couple of weeks back. And another one beginning of the week where I was... Feeling light ?

But now... When I look at the different news, I feel anxious. I keep hearing about political crisis, war, nauseating acts and I don't really know how to cope...

Even my mobile doesn't help due to the news feed embedded...

Now I've been having coming and going chest pain, like needles or a hand squeezing lightlty my heart...

And somehow, my mind keeps going to dark places, sometime health anxiety, sometimes miscelaneous farfetched fears in social settings or other fears about the future...

I just wish someone would hold me but I got no one for that and I'm alone for so long that I jump and tense when touched on the shoulder...
