I am suffering from social anxiety and had it since I was very young but it had gone away and now it’s back with vengeance. I had a break down felt there was no way out. So reached out to help.
I’m doing therapy as well and taking sertraline, but I just feel it’s not working as much and I’m still blushing.
I try to hit gym three times a week for mental health benefits, early morning so I take a pre work out and normally followed by a large latte.
Just wondering Iv read caffeine not good with propranolol but what about alcohol?
I would love to get my life back in order…
