So... If people remember a bit about me, I have GAD and a fixation on either health issues or future events.
I was somewhat fine the last few weeks but... Well I read a word that triggered something in my brain and I'm back in the thick of things...
I talked with a friend who told me that my fears are a bit farfetched but... I'm alone all day so I... Come back in my thoughts and spiral, imagining the worst... I'm afraid to annoy my friend by talking more about it with him...
So... I'm dumping a bit here I guess... Or need some tips on how to avoid the spiraling when it's midnight and alone in my room
