Hey all !
So a few weeks back, I spent a week in a panic attack loops after a trigger I encountered. It calmed down a bit thanks to a friend but I do have a question for you anxious brothers and sisters.
How do you "forget" or put back the trigger and try to go forward in life ?
I catch myself regularly googling related topic to reassure myself (even if it's counter-intuitive) and I wanted to know if you had any tips.
