anyone else experience anger/dismissiveness with their anxiety?
it's not that I'm super angry, it's just that the anxiety makes everything burn a bit brighter and I'm more apt to be far more blunt and limiting over what I'll tolerate when I'm in an anxious state
complaining about something? I don't care.
telling me a super long story? make it shorter
that kind of stuff
today's a low day and it's like, "cut to the chase, I'm trying to survive the day"
I think it bothers my family most of all because they just think I'm being an asshole
just me?
