I was thinking about this earlier today. My anxiety journey started about five years ago and right now, in this moment. I am definitely not the same person I was then.
some of that isn't so great. But through the darkness I think I've been able to carve a much better path for myself.
I've learned what to hold onto and what to let go of. I've learned what I can and cannot, will and will not tolerate in my life in terms of external stressors.
I never thought I would see a day that I would be thankful for the anxiety and the panic attacks, but I have learned how to be a much more gentle human because of it and because of what it put me through
So I was just curious to hear others thoughts on lessons your journeys have taught you
and as a sidenote to anyone reading this, I hope you have all had an easy day today ❤️
