So to start off I wanna say I struggled with anxiety poops for a good few years now and it's been so annoying going anywhere new. Ive tried a few things to improve but it seems probiotics are one of the few things that have helped, honestly my bowel habits have been near perfect for a few months now and stress was way lower but I also haven't been that many new places recently. We went somewhere we don't normally go and I was driving and instantly knew I was feeling stressy, not as bad as before but not great. Well on the way home the pains started to come, you know that kinda you need to shit pains. Got in and had bad diarrhea again, it's so infuriating after being great for months. Well the point of this is to ask if anyone has anything they'd tried for anxiety that comes from going out? Like supplement or foods? I've started to try L-Theanine but honestly don't feel Nothing using them. Using 200mg in the morning. I also take Electrolytes and B Vitamins and recently started to take Vitamin D 4000IU in spray from as the tablets don't agree with me. Also I've tried Ashwaganda and felt great but think it set my thyroid off cos I had night sweats and felts too awake so if there's anything that can balance the Ashwaganda that could be great.

Any help would be appreciated
