How do you differentiate between irrational anxiety and intuition?

Because of my mental illnesses (only been diagnosed with anxiety and depression but I think I might have OCD as well) I don’t trust my thoughts or feelings that much since a lot of the time I know that they’re irrational. Yet every once in a while I’ll be feeling anxious and I’ll tell myself it’s just anxiety and there’s actually nothing wrong, but in fact there was something wrong. So sometimes it’s hard for me to tell the difference between when my anxiety and thoughts are lying and when they’re not.
