It’s been about. A week since I seen symptoms of my anxiety and depression. I woke up this morning after not really getting any sleep due to tossing and turning. I’m exhausted and scared to go into work due to the fact that it was the main reason I went into an anxiety attack. I’m so tired I could fall asleep standing up. Anyone able to help me with shit like this besides coffee.
