So scared ill miss an exam

I overslept today through three alarms and missed class. I have this same class friday and we have our first exam. Today was just a review day but all i can think about is this happening again and me messing up my whole life. Id have to drop the class most likely and then it would mess up everything. I cant think straight and im spiraling about this. I feel so bad.
