My wife and I (50M) have been struggling with our marriage for a long time. Probably more than 10 years. I have anxiety, depression and ADHD. I am so anxious about divorcing her. I don't want to be alone. I have kids, so I won't be entirely alone, but I don't like the idea of not having a partner. I've seen a therapist in the past. But I need to see one again to help me get out of my relationship.
