Sudafed gone wrong; help appreciated

I take sudafed every once in a while when I get allergies. Ive felt sick recently so I figured that I would take some (real) sudafed and an antihistamine. Theyve never affected me even though i have pretty severe anxiety.
This time was different.
Im currently super jittery and anxious. My heart is racing and I dont have any coordination. Does anyone else get their anxiety triggered by sudafed; and if so id appreciate any tips and tricks you have, because Im currently freaked out and disoriented
