Small update on my rough week

I talked to a therapist on telehealth today. We are upping one of my meds,she has given me a book to get and is having me do a few other things. I'm absolutely feeling more hopeful. She is really insistent on self care and taking time for myself so I will be held accountable.
There is hope. Things can get better even when you think they cant
