Another day shaking and crying from anxiety attacks

I don't know what to do anymore. No matter what I do the anxiety never stops. I can't find a medication that helps. Therapy doesn't help. Exercise doesn't work. Changing my diet doesn't work. My anxiety is so bad that coping mechanisms don't work anymore. I am suffering and I literally can't do anything to stop the suffering except kill myself. That's what I have to do.
I just want this pain to stop.
