Does anybody else feel like this sometimes?

It's like your drunk but your not. Like your separate from your body and you almost feel dizzy and your arms almost feel cold and distant and your eyes keep unfocusing. And when you listen to music is like it goes right into you and your brain can't focus on anything else. Maybe it's dissociating but does anybody else feel like this sometimes?
