How do I stop the “what ifs” & constant fear of failing?

Post Body

I’m (23F) 2 weeks away from graduating college and the stress is ON. But now, so are the “what if” thoughts and constant fear that everything I’ve ever worked for and my family helped me with will be stripped away. I’m so scared of failing; not just in school but in my future.

All I want is to succeed. All I want is to make my family & myself proud of my accomplishments. I don’t wanna disappoint my loved ones or myself. Though I get good grades and I’m a smart person, that fear over a paper or test always comes up and I feel increasingly paranoid & shitty. Like I’ll end up fucking everything up for myself.

How do I stop these thoughts from affecting me? How do I move passed this so I can focus on my assignments & graduation? Does anyone else’s mind do this to them too?

Thank you in advance to anyone who answers ❤️
