Fear of Flying/Claustrophobia

Post Body
I have flown a ton in my life, and most recently I have had to take Xanax before a flight to avoid a panic attack. I am feeling confident right now to fly without taking it. Thoughts? Is it worth working on my condition without xanax in me, or just take it so I can avoid a potential panic attack again? When I say panic attack, I mean I will get an adrenaline dump into my gut, rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, tingly skin, dizziness, lightheaded, tight throat, etc.
I want to be able to do things without relying on it!! But I am also afraid of a panic attack again.
