Post Body

This is probablly really shallow of me but i get immense anxiety at the thought of my things breaking. I had a breakdown the other day when i notced a bent cpu socket pin in my pc when i was working on it. The pin turned out to not be an important one and my pc still works but i spent the nex day or two looking for flaws that could be caused by the pin and it wore me out greatly. Even though i had not real evidence i was convinced my pc was broken and i nearly cried over it. While its expensive it is just a thing and it can be replaced if it does actually break but it gave me so much anxiety. How do i cope with the idea of my things breaking/not working anymore, weather it by my own fault or them being worn down?

This is a common fear of have i frequently worry about the status of my car, electronics, ect...
