Is it normal anxiety give you chronic pain

So it’s been now almost 2 months I get terrible chest and back pain mostly during the night even if I have some during the day, and I was wondering if it happened to someone else ? Actually it got a bit better because before I had also pain in my arms and jaw and that calmed down very much but I still have that chest and back pain and sometimes it still scare me a bit
