I'm a guy in my 30s. I'm unemployed and all my previous jobs were low paying and I hated all of them. I'm living with family. I haven't had an actual friend in over a decade. I don't have a gf, never dated, and have had zero luck on dating apps. I don't have any money but have student loans to pay off. And I don't have access to health care at all. I try to find better jobs and exercise and stuff like that, but I lack motivation because of my anxiety.
What can I do?
