High anxiety for 2 weeks now.

Laying in bed with high anxiety tonight. This bout of anxiety has stuck around for about 2 weeks now and I can't shake it. Just a feeling impending doom and that something will happen to me. And I'm also getting heart palpitations and muscle twitches all over lol I'm a mess. I just wish we had a cure for us with anxiety. When will this bout end!!!!!??????
