My anxiety took a turn for the worst

Around when I (34/m) turned 30 I’d say. My physical anxiety symptoms have been on overdrive and never let up. The skin tingling is constant. My body feels like it’s buzzing, all of my nerves. Scalp crawling, cheeks tingling, knees, ankles, etc.
I was on 5-10mg of Lexapro for 3 years. Now I’m Zoloft 25mg. If I drink alcohol my anxiety gets worse the next day worse physical tingling, etc. I can no longer drink coffee because my nervous system is already on edge every day it would lead to a panic attack and has many times. I used to drink 1 cup per day for years but no longer can.
What can I do to help myself? Is this permanent?
