I’m currently 16 days no alcohol and no caffein. I am also walking 40-50min per day in the evenings or morning, whenever I find time.

I went from having panic attacks and white knuckle anxiety daily, to the past couple of days finally feeling a sense of calm yet natural energy.

I have also started juicing raw fruits and veggies. And drinking a lot more water.

I quit my SSRI (5mg Lexapro) in November because it didn’t touch my panic disorder and made me tired and I gained a lot of weight from it. But after I quit it got so much worse. Panic attacks daily. Depression (I was never depressed before) and bad anxiety and irritability.

But now, I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and my small lifestyle changes are helping a lot.

I hope this is a step in the right direction, and not just randomly having relief from my physical anxiety for a few days.
