Hello!
I have been informed via whatsapp by my recruiter that the salary proposal was approved by management. However, she has informed me that the allowances will not be included in the contract due to company regulations. Is this allowed?
Actually even my recruiter feels for me but all she can say is un nga company regulation daw. She’s a foreigner btw.
IMHO, it’s kinda unfair kasi what if the company decided to get rid of the allowances, super lugi ako. They only gave me a 5k increase sa base pay ko and their saving grace for me is the allowances talaga.
What should I do?
