Pa rant lang talagaaa. 😭😩😡 Ang unfair & unreasonable kung makabigay ng PAR/Performance rating ng manager ko. Like i did all my deliverables naman to the point na i do unpaid overtime then palagi pa syang may mga “urgent requests” na need gawin agad. Then nag improve naman ang performance ko in comparison to last year’s performance pero tng-in lang talagaaa 😡
Binagsak nya ako sa performance evaluation just because my performance “doesn’t meet his standards”!!! Like then nagpa explain ako sa kanya ng specifics ng kanyang decision & what specific criteria ang hindi ko na meet cause I believe na hit ko lahat and natapos ko lahat ng deliverables na within my scope pero he just said na he’ll just set a meeting & hindi maka answer ng direcho sa akin. 🤬 For sure, biased sya and feelings lang nya ang basis.
Personally, I don’t see myself being in this company in the long run pero masakit parin na makatanggap ng unfair treatment knowing na you’ve sacrificed a lot for your job. Hahayyy ang toxic na. Yoko naa 😭
